3-3-27: FINES AND PENALTIES:
   (A)   License Holder: Any license holder violating any provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties, including fines, revocation or suspension of local license by the local liquor control commissioner as set forth in section 7-5 of the liquor control act 1 of 1934.
   (B)   Violations By Other Than Licensee: Any persons other than the licensee violating any provision of this chapter, shall be fined as follows:
      1.   Fine Upon Issuance Of Ticket: It shall be the duty of a duly appointed agent of the city to issue tickets to all persons who violate the provisions of this chapter. Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a first violation of said provision; one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for a second violation of said provision; and two hundred dollars ($200.00) for any violation of said provision after two (2) violations.
      2.   Court Proceedings: Any person violating any provisions of this chapter more than three (3) times may be taken to court and a fine established by the court, upon conviction, between the limits of two hundred dollars ($200.00) and five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each occurrence.
