3-3-17: EMPLOYEES:
   (A)   No licensee holding a Class A license shall employ any person under the age of twenty one (21) years.
   (B)   No licensee holding any license other than a Class A license shall employ any person under the age of nineteen (19) years to sell or serve wine or beer, nor anyone under the age of twenty one (21) years to be employed as a bartender in the preparation of hard liquors, except that a person of nineteen (19) years or older may serve such liquor to tables beyond the bar or place of preparation. No licensee shall permit an employee under the age of twenty one (21) years to sell or serve wine or beer, or alcoholic liquor unless there shall be on the premises a manager or supervisor who has attained the age of twenty one (21) years.
