3-3-15: HOURS OF SALE:
   (A)   Beverages, alcoholic liquor or spirits, beer or wine, covered by this chapter may be sold Monday through Saturday during the following hours: from six o'clock (6:00) A.M. until one o'clock (1:00) A.M. Additionally licensees holding a Class A, B, BG, C, MT, P, CTR, PW, BH, HM, BP or CM license may sell beverages, alcoholic liquor or spirits, beer or wine, on Sunday from twelve o'clock (12:00) noon until twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight.
   (B)   Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (A) of this section, it shall be lawful for the holder of a Class A, B, BG, C, CTR, BH, MT, HM, BP or CM license to continue sales of alcoholic liquor through two o'clock (2:00) A.M. on January 1st of each year.
   (C)   Except for those premises covered by a Class P, PW, B, MT or HM license, all premises on which alcoholic liquor, beer or wine is sold, must be vacated by the public within thirty (30) minutes of the time specified in this section for the cessation of selling of alcoholic liquors. Any license holder having employees or contractors, including musicians, on the premises at any time after the time specified in this section for the cessation of selling alcoholic liquors, shall keep a written list of any such persons on the premises. In no event shall any alcoholic liquor remain on any table or bar more than thirty (30) minutes after the time specified in this section for the cessation of the selling of alcoholic liquors. Any licensee engaged in other business activities on the premises who shall be open for business during any time that the sale of alcoholic liquors, spirits, beer or wine is prohibited, must keep all alcoholic liquor, spirits, beer or wine physically segregated or covered with draping or other suitable material during the hours that the sale of liquor is prohibited.
