1-5-1: DISTRIBUTION OF POWERS:

The executive and administrative powers, authority and duties of the municipal government of the city shall be distributed into five (5) departments, as follows 1 :

Department of accounts and finances

Department of public affairs

Department of public health and safety

Department of public property

Department of streets and public improvements
