The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all lands within the jurisdiction of the city shown on the official floodplain zoning map as being within the boundaries of the Floodway, Floodway Fringe, General Floodplain and Shallow Flooding (Overlay) Districts. The Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) for Clinton County and Incorporated Areas, City of Clinton, Panels 19045C0340F, 0484F, 0502F, 0503F, 0504F, 0506F, dated July 19, 2023; Panels, 0345E, 0480E, 0481E, 0482E, 0483E, 0484E, 0486E, 0487E, 0491E, 0492E, 0501E, 0512E, 0516E, dated July 22, 2020, and Panels 19045C0343E, 0508E, 0511E, dated November 4, 2016 which were prepared as part of the Flood Insurance Study (FIS) for Clinton County, is (are) hereby adopted by reference and declared to be the Official Floodplain Zoning Map. The flood profiles and all explanatory material contained with the Flood Insurance Study are also declared to be part of this chapter.
