§ 155.20 EXTENSION OF TIME TO CORRECT VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   The Housing Inspector may grant an extension of time to complete work necessary to correct the violations set forth in the notice of violation, if the Housing Inspector makes all of the following determinations:
      (1)   That the violator has made a good-faith effort to complete the required work and that the failure to complete the same in the time granted was not the fault of the violator;
      (2)   That the granting of an extension of time would not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare; and
      (3)   That the violator has presented a reasonable and acceptable written schedule, setting forth specific dates to complete corrective action for each violation listed in the notice
   (B)   The order granting an extension shall be in writing and shall be served in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. The order shall also contain a statement advising the violator of his or her right to appeal to the Housing Inspector within the time limits set forth in this chapter.
