The Building and Neighborhood Services Director or his or her designee is hereby authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter. The Housing Inspector, the Fire Marshal or any other duly authorized representative is hereby authorized to make inspections and take actions as may be required to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
