The grantee is encouraged to make available the additional video, audio, radio, digital, point-to-point service and other services as are requested by subscribers and programmers who are willing to pay for services, provided that the services are technologically and economically feasible. If no applicable rate exists when a service is requested, the rate change notification procedures established in § 120.101 shall be followed.
