A grantee shall promptly notify the grantor, in writing, or, if appropriate, by oral communication, of any significant interruption in the operation of the system. For the purposes of this section, a SIGNIFICANT INTERRUPTION IN THE OPERATION OF THE SYSTEM shall mean any interruption of audio or video on one or more channels for a duration of at least one hour to at least one fiber node or a maximum of 600 subscribers, in the service area, or an interruption of audio or video on at least one or more channels initiated by the grantee of at least four hours to any single subscriber. The grantee shall not be required to provide specific notice to the grantor of service interruptions in the case of a cable system upgrade.
