No person shall engage in or transact any business, profession or vocation or perform any act or make any exhibition or performance listed in this section without first having obtained a license therefor as provided in this chapter:
(A) Dance hall;
(B) Fortuneteller, palmist, clairvoyant or similar profession;
(C) Carnival;
(D) Pool hall;
(E) Bowling alley;
(F) Tree trimmer; and
(G) Video game arcade.
