The Public Works Department shall designate the route to be followed and limit the time for moving on the streets and shall issue these instructions in writing to the mover when the permit is issued. The Public Works Department may require that the moving of a building be continuous during all hours of the day and day-by-day, and at night, until completed, when deemed necessary and advisable.
