§ 113.03 WRECKING PROCEDURE DESIGNATED.

The method or procedure in the wrecking of any building shall be story by story, commencing with the top story, and each story shall be completely removed. No material shall be placed upon the floor of any building in the course of demolition, but the bricks, timbers and other parts of each story shall be lowered to the ground immediately upon displacement.
