§ 113.01 REQUIRED APPLICATION FEE.
   Before any building is wrecked or moved, the contractor or individual doing the wrecking or moving shall file an application with the Public Works Department for a permit. Along with the application shall be a set of plans and specifications setting forth how the building is to be wrecked or moved. Upon an examination of the application, including the plans and specifications, and when it is found that the application and plans and specifications comply with the terms of this chapter, the Public Works Department shall issue a permit upon payment of a permit fee as established by City Council resolution. A permit is required for the wrecking of all buildings or structures including any building or structure that has been condemned and ordered wrecked by the Council or the Board of Health. No permit fee shall be charged for the wrecking of condemned buildings.
