§ 112.06 BOND AND INSURANCE REQUIRED.
   (A)   Before a license under this chapter is issued, the applicant shall provide to the Clerk evidence that the applicant has filed a bond with the Secretary of State in accordance with the Iowa Code Chapter 9C. Satisfactory evidence of coverage by bond or insurance shall be filed with the City Clerk before the license is issued. Action on such bond may be brought by the person aggrieved and for whose benefit, among others, the bond is given.
   (B)   Each vendor shall provide proof of general liability insurance, including products liability coverage, in the amount of $1,000,000 or more per occurrence and $1,000,000 for property damage. All other licensees shall provide proof of general liability insurance including products liability in the amount of $300,000 per occurrence and $100,000 for property damage. A certificate of insurance shall be delivered to the City Clerk prior to the issuance of a license. The City of Clinton shall be named as an additional insured against any liabilities that may arise in connection with the operations of the licensees.
