§ 101.03 DEER MANAGEMENT ZONE.
   (A)   The City of Clinton Deer Management Committee has determined that the deer management zone is defined as the area inside the following boundaries, and said boundaries, except as limited herein, shall be the lawful boundary for the deer management program:
      Starting at the intersection of U.S. Highway 30 and Mill Creek Parkway. Proceeding north on Mill Creek Parkway to Sixteenth Street North West. North on Sixteenth Street North West to Main Avenue. East on Main Avenue to West Stockwell Lane. North on West Stockwell Lane, then East on North Stockwell Lane to U.S. Highway 67. North on U.S. Highway 67 to Deer Creek Road. East on East Deer Creek Road to the Mississippi River. Proceeding south along the riverbank to Thirty-Sixth Avenue North. West on Thirty-Sixth Avenue North to North Third Street. South on North Third Street to Seventeenth Avenue North. West on Seventeenth Avenue North to North Fourth Street. South on North Fourth Street to Seventh Avenue North. West on Seventh Avenue North then proceeding along Bluff Boulevard to South Fourteenth Street. South on South Fourteenth Street to U.S. Highway 30. Then west on U.S. Highway 30 to the intersection of Mill Creek Parkway.
   (B)   The described area is represented by a map appended to Ordinance 2330, on file in the office of the City Clerk, and made a part hereof by reference. Specifically excluded are parcels 88-0146-0000, 88-0280-0000, 88-0288-0100, 88-0285-0010, and 88-0286-0010.
