(A) Any application for a permit for a right-of-way excavation in the traveled portion of the roadway between the curbs or edges of the roadway shall be accompanied by a permit fee of $200.
(B) Any application for a permit for a right-of-way excavation in any unimproved portion of the right-of-way shall be accompanied by a permit fee of $100.
(C) The permit fee for driveway approaches shall be set at $100 with no deposit necessary, between the curb and the sidewalk. The permit fee for a sidewalk shall be $10 per every 15 lineal feet of sidewalk replaced, with no deposit necessary. No fees shall be charged for driveway replacement behind the city sidewalk.
(D) The permit fees for underground pipeline construction by trenchless construction shall be as follows: fees for one project shall be the cumulative of $100 per city block, $200 per street under-crossing, and $200 per improved surface excavation.
(E) The permit fees for temporary street obstruction without excavation shall be $100 per city block.
(F) The total fees required for curb and gutter removal and replacements shall be $200. The total fees required for curb cuts by saw-cutting shall be $100.
(G) The permit fees for a permanent right-of-way obstruction shall be $50 total for each application.
