§ 96.09 OVERNIGHT CAMPING RESTRICTED IN PUBLIC PARKS.
   (A)   Generally. No person shall camp overnight in a city park. This provision does not apply to the city recreational vehicle park or to special events authorized by the City Council allowing overnight camping in city parks.
   (B)   Camping.
      (1)   Willow Island. No person shall camp on Willow Island for a period of more than five days in any 15-consecutive-day period. No person shall camp within 100 feet of the discovery trail.
      (2)   Joyce’s Island. No person shall camp on Joyce’s Island.
