§ 96.08 PARK HOURS.
   (A)   Eagle Point Park. No person shall be in Eagle Point Park between the hours of sunset to 6:30 a.m. except as allowed by special permit from the Parks and Recreation Department for use of the lodge and its parking lot or some other special permit. Under such circumstances permitted users of the lodge must exit the park immediately following activities related to the permitted use. A person who violates this section is subject to any and all penalties set forth in § 10.99 of this code.
   (B)   All other city parks. No person shall be in any other city parks including but not limited to Chancy Park, Clinton Park, Hawthorne Park, Four Square Park, DeWitt Park, Riverview Park, or any and all other city areas delineated as parks by signage or other indicia, between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., except as allowed by special permit from the Parks and Recreation Department. A person who violates this section is subject to any and all penalties set forth in § 10.99 of this code.
   (C)   Riverfront Drive. Riverfront Drive is part and parcel of Riverview Park for purposes of this section. No person shall park any vehicle, loiter, gather with others, or physically idle or remain on Riverfront Drive between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. A person who violates this section is subject to any and all penalties set forth in § 10.99 of this code.
