§ 96.07 EXCEPTION FOR LICENSED AND LEASED PREMISES.
   The prohibition of the possession, use and consumption of alcoholic beverages, including beer and wine, does not apply to park premises or any other city property leased by the city to others where the lessee of the premises has in full force and effect a license or permit from the state for the sale of alcoholic beverages, including beer and wine, and the use and consumption is confined to the licensed and leased premises. The prohibition also does not apply to the Eagle Point Park Lodge between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. provided a special permit is issued by the Recreation Director.
