For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BOULEVARD. The property outside a property owner’s lot and property lines and inside the curb lines upon the public streets or, in the absence of a curb, from the traveled portion of the public streets to the lot or property.
POLLINATOR GARDEN. A garden, with specified limits abounded and delineated by an appropriate decorative fence, brick wall, railroad tie boundary, or other boundary, planted with flowers and grasses native to Iowa or the Midwest, as specified in § 94.04(F).
RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY. A property located in an area occupied by residential dwellings included but not limited to houses and apartments and any property within 200 feet of the dwelling.
