No person shall sell or offer for sale or use or operate a motor-driven recreational or off-highway vehicle, including dune buggies, snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles, go-carts and minibikes, that produces a maximum noise exceeding the following noise limit at a distance of 25 feet under test procedures established by § 93.10.
