(A) Prohibited passing zones. The following are prohibited passing zones:

Anamosa Road | A prohibited passing zone established on a distance of 500 feet in each direction from the main entrance to the Equistar plant |
(B) Pavement markings. The Street Superintendent is directed to paint a double yellow line and erect the necessary signs to designate the prohibited passing zone.
