§ 83.04 ACCESS CONTROLS IMPOSED.

   Access control is established on the following streets:

   (A)   Eighth Avenue South from South Fourth Street to South Third Street (being from station 1996+30.5 to station 2106+86.1);

   (B)   Eleventh Avenue South from Camanche Avenue to South Fourth Street;

   (C)   Fourth Street (South Fourth Street) from Eighth Avenue South to Seventh Avenue South;

   (D)   Fourth Street (South Fourth Street) from Eleventh Avenue South to Eighth Avenue South;

   (E)   United States Highway No. 30, being Camanche Avenue, from South Fourteenth Street to Eleventh Avenue South;

   (F)   Main Avenue from Second Street East to the Fulton-Lyons Bridge;

   (G)   Second Street from Seventh Avenue to Main Avenue; and

   (H)   Seventh Avenue South from South Fourth Street to Second Street.
