§ 30.22 PRESIDING OFFICER.
   The presiding officer of the Council is the Mayor or in the absence of the Mayor, the Mayor Pro Tem. In the absence of the Mayor and the Mayor Pro Tem, the remaining members of the Council shall elect a temporary presiding officer by majority vote.
