The operation of motor vehicles or any motor-driven vehicle, including automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, scooters and snowmobiles is prohibited on Joyce’s Island and Willow Island. Motor vehicles operated by employees of the city and its commissions or boards may be operated on Joyce’s Island and Willow Island provided they are on official business, including, but not limited to, maintenance, inspection and operation of the facility.
