§ 72.10 CARELESS DRIVING.
   No person shall intentionally operate a motor vehicle on a street or highway in any one of the following ways:
   (A)   Creating or causing unnecessary tire squealing, skidding or sliding upon acceleration or stopping;
   (B)   Simulating a temporary race;
   (C)   Causing any wheel or wheels to unnecessarily lose contact with the ground; or
   (D)   Causing the vehicle to unnecessarily turn abruptly or sway.
