§ 110.99 PENALTY.

(A) General. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided in such section or by Iowa law, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

(B) Persons under 21 in licensed premises. Persons that are found guilty under § 110.17(G)(2) above, shall be guilty of a municipal infraction and shall be subject to the penalties set forth in § 10.99(B)(3), or the penalties set forth in Iowa Code Chapter 123.50 as determined by the court.
