All retail alcohol licenses, unless sooner suspended or revoked, shall expire one year from date of issuance. Five-day, 14-day, and eight-month seasonal licenses may be issued for a proportionate part of the license period. No seasonal license shall be eligible for renewal. Seasonal licensing shall be only as permitted by state regulation.
