Selling or supplying food or merchandise to any person without a Tailgate N' Tallboys Commercial Booth or Tailgate N' Tallboys Commercial Booth Non-Food the identified days of the event, which will be determined annually, together with the day before and day after the event, or any violation of this chapter shall be a municipal infraction as set forth in § 10.99, and therefore, any civil penalties may likewise be assessed and enforced as set forth.
