To promote safety during Tailgate N' Tallboys, all beverages sold in Clinton, Iowa, by Commercial Booth permittees on the identified days of the event, which will be determined annually, together with the day before and day after the event, shall be sold in non-glass containers only. This requirement shall also apply to any existing business, restaurant, service station, grocery store or establishment selling beverages on its premises in an outdoor setting open to the public.
