§ 121A.04 HEALTH REGULATIONS.

A person or entity issued a commercial booth permit pursuant to this chapter (a Tailgate N' Tallboys Concert Commercial Booth Permittee herein) shall comply with all regulations of the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals pertaining to the sale and dispensing of food for consumption on its premises.
