§ 50.12 SANITARY DISPOSAL PROJECT DESIGNATED.
   The sanitary landfill facilities operated by the County Area Solid Waste Agency are hereby designated as the official public sanitary disposal project for the disposal of garbage, yard waste and recycling produced or originating within the city.
