The RWRF Director may reject any waste load which violates or is suspected of violating the requirements of the RWRF, or any part of this division. Any disposal service which has a load rejected for violating the terms established by the RWRF, may be suspended, at the sole discretion of the RWRF Director or Director's designee, and shall no longer be allowed to utilize the RWRF Septic Receiving Facility for a period of one year. In such cases, the licensed hauler who committed the violation shall be required to reapply after the one-year suspension period has ended.
