All commercial vehicles under 3,000 gallons will be charged $20 per delivery. All privately owned non-commercial vehicles will be charged $10 per delivery. Any commercial vehicle with a capacity over 3,000 gallons will be charged on a case-by-case basis, to be determined by the RWRF Director or the Director's designee. Fees shall be computed and recorded at the disposal station and shall be paid by the sewage waste hauler by monthly billing to the operating contractor. The RWRF Director or the Director's designee reserves the right to require prepayment from any hauler who is delinquent in the payment of any bill due and owing, including payment of prior bills due, as a precondition to delivery.
