§ 52.203 STANDARDS FOR VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT.
   As to all vehicles and equipment used by a sewage waste hauler, the licensee shall:
   (A)   Prevent waste and wastewater from leaking, spilling, or discharging onto roads or rights-of-way.
   (B)   Hauled waste shall only be delivered to the designated disposal station at the RWRF.
   (C)   Sewage waste haulers shall take care to leave the RWRF designated disposal location in a clean and orderly condition, to avoid noxious odors and unsanitary conditions.
   (D)   Hours of operation at the RWRF disposal station shall be set by the RWRF Director. In the event of emergency situations, special arrangements may be made between the sewage waste hauler and the RWRF Director or the Director's designee.
