The sewage waste hauler's license shall be issued by the RWRF Director upon written application that shall consist of the following minimum requirements.
(A) Inspection. The RWRF Director, upon application, shall inspect the trucks, hoses, valves, and associated equipment of the applicant.
(B) License fee. An application shall require the payment of a fee of $40 for each application, with a limit of one application and one license per business.
(C) Renewal. A sewage waste hauler license shall expire on October 1 of each year. Renewal applications must be made in the same manner as the initial application and must be received by the RWRF Director at least 30 days prior to expiration, or by September 30. Failure to apply 30 days prior to expiration may result in an interruption in the license and suspension of the privileges of such license.
(D) Transferability. Sewage waste hauler licenses are not transferable. Any successor business must make a new application.
