§ 52.201 LICENSE.

No sewage waste hauler shall discharge into the City of Clinton's Septic Receiving Station at the Regional Water Reclamation Facility located at 4025 South 30th Street, Clinton, Iowa, without being pre-approved (ex. privately owned non-commercial vehicles, RVs) or without permission in the form of a license (ex. commercial vehicles) from the RWRF Director or the Director's designee.
