The definitions found in § 52.002 shall apply to the provisions of the following sections, provided however that the following words, terms and phrases, when used in the following sections, shall have separate meanings where specifically indicated, or where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
VEHICLE. In the following sections means a commercial device equipped with a tank and used to remove or transport waste.
WASTE. Human excreta, water, sludge, septage, non-hazardous industrial wastewaters and solids removed from public and private wastewater disposal systems, recreational vehicles, impervious vaults, chemical toilets.
