§ 120.182 PUBLIC, EDUCATIONAL AND GOVERNMENTAL CHANNEL CAPACITY AND TRANSMISSION.
   Any provider of cable television and/or video services in the city shall provide the city with public, educational and governmental channel capacity pursuant to Iowa Code § 477A.6. Each such provider shall provide two public, educational and governmental access channels, and shall transmit the public, educational and governmental channel signals through its cable and/or video system within the city.
