§ 120.181 FRANCHISE FEES AFFIRMED.
   The franchise fees of 3% of gross revenues, as imposed under the city’s prior franchise agreements and collected by the city, are hereby ratified, affirmed and approved from the expiration date of said franchises forward and continuing under this subchapter.
