§ 120.180 FRANCHISE FEES FOR CABLE AND/OR VIDEO SERVICES.
   Any provider of cable television and/or video services in the city shall remit to the city a franchise fee or fee(s) as provided under Iowa Code § 477A.7, in the sum of 3% of gross revenues.
