§ 91.38 RECLAIMING ANIMAL AFTER QUARANTINE.
   The owner of an animal that has no rabies vaccination and has been quarantined, can reclaim the animal after the owner has arranged for a veterinarian of their choice to come to the shelter and give the animal a current rabies vaccination. A proof of a city license will be required for such animal. The owner is responsible for all costs listed below and paid by credit or debit card, or cash:
   (A)   Animal protection fee if citation issued;
   (B)   Spay/neuter, if applicable;
   (C)   Boarding fee;
   (D)   City license, if not current;
   (E)   Veterinarian expense;
   (F)   Rabies testing, if required.
