Each veterinarian within the city shall forward to the Finance Department by the tenth day of each month a copy of each certificate of rabies vaccination issued by the veterinarian during the preceding month. Each certificate of vaccination shall be typed or printed as to be clearly legible. Every veterinarian shall report to the Clinton Police Department the name and address of the owner of any animal treated for bites inflicted by another animal.
