All city-approved animal welfare agencies shall provide the City Clerk with a report which details the disposition of all animals brought to the agency by the Animal Protection Officer or designee or private citizen, which were not reclaimed by the owner of the animal. This disposition report shall be provided to the City Clerk by the tenth day of each month for the preceding months.
