§ 123.07 MINIMUM HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIRMENTS FOR TANNING FACILITIES.
   The regulations and requirements contained within Iowa Administrative Code § 641.46.5, including appendices 1, 2 and 3, promulgated pursuant to Iowa Code Chapter 136D, are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as if set out at length herein.
