The provisions of Iowa Code, including but not limited to Chapters 321H and 306C, and the Iowa Administrative Code (“IAC”), including but not limited to IAC Agency 761 Chapter 431 (Vehicle Recyclers) and IAC Agency 761 Chapter 116 (Junkyard Control), all of which may be amended from time to time, are hereby incorporated by reference and made applicable under this chapter as if fully set out herein. Where the provisions of this chapter are in conflict with the incorporated provisions of the Iowa Code and IAC, the Iowa Code or IAC provision shall prevail.
