§ 122.10 INSPECTION AND ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The Chief of Police, Fire Chief, and Building and Neighborhood Services Director, or any of their authorized designees, are authorized to conduct inspections to ensure compliance with this chapter and may enforce the provisions of this chapter upon discovery of violation.
   (B)   The permittee must, during business hours, permit an authorized inspector as set forth in division (A) of this section to inspect the entire premises covered by the permit, including all records that may have any relationship to the operation of the business.
   (C)   The police may seize, with proper seizure notice, or require the permittee to hold property which the police have probable cause to believe is stolen property. A receipt will be given to the permittee for all property seized. If the police have not seized or picked up the property within 30 days from the date of notification to the permittee, said permittee may dispose of the property.
   (D)   If the authorized inspector discovers or otherwise becomes aware of any violations of this chapter or of any provisions of city code incorporated by reference in this chapter, such inspector shall proceed in accordance with the notice and enforcement procedures set forth in § 159.999 of this code.
