(A) The purchase or receipt of the following listed goods or materials as a purchase or a donation is governed by this chapter:
(1) Bicycles.
(2) Collectibles.
(3) Computers, software, and computer accessories.
(4) Construction equipment.
(5) Electronic equipment
(6) Firearms.
(7) Glassware.
(8) Household appliances.
(9) Household furniture.
(10) Hunting and fishing equipment.
(11) Jewelry.
(12) Junk.
(13) Lawn and garden tools, equipment, and furnishings.
(14) Motor vehicle parts and equipment.
(15) Motor vehicles.
(16) Musical instruments.
(17) Photographic/video parts and equipment.
(18) Precious and semiprecious stones.
(19) Precious metals and coins, including, but not limited to, gold, silver, platinum, titanium, and tungsten.
(20) Radio equipment.
(21) Rare books.
(22) Silver/silverware.
(23) Sporting goods.
(24) Stereo equipment.
(25) Television equipment.
(26) Tools.
(27) Untitled motor vehicles.
(28) Video game systems, originally manufactured with a serial number.
(29) Works of art.
(B) The following items are exempt from the provisions of this article:
(1) Beverage containers.
(2) Scrap paper.
