The provisions of the Iowa Code, including but not limited to those set forth in Chapter 137F, and of the Iowa Administrative Code (“IAC”), including but not limited to IAC chapter 481-30.1 et seq. and IAC chapter 481-31.1 et seq., all of which may be amended from time to time, are hereby incorporated by reference and made applicable under this chapter as if fully set out herein. Where the provisions of this chapter are in conflict with the incorporated provisions of the Iowa Code and IAC, the Iowa Code or IAC provision shall prevail.
