The Clerk shall send a notice to the licensee at the licensee’s local address notifying the mobile food vendor of the suspension or revocation of their license issued under this chapter. The notice shall contain particulars of the complaints against the licensee, the ordinance provisions or state statutes violated, the penalties imposed or that may be imposed for the conduct causing suspension or revocation, the date on which the individual’s suspension is lifted or on which they may re-apply for a license issued under this chapter, and the time by which the licensee must submit their written notice of appeal of the suspension or revocation.
